Weight loss diet has an important role to play for reducing weight without engaging yourself in stressful exercise or skipping meals. Our eating habits have major affect on our weight and health. One can opt for weight reducing diet that involves drinking lukewarm water early in the morning, eating on fixed times, nutrition full breakfast and light dinner. By making changes in your eating habit you can reduce weight naturally without gym or having weight loss pills.

·         Drink as much water as you can, water is curable for all health issues. It purifies blood and maintains balanced circulation.

·         Go for lemon water, lemon tea/jasmine tea early in the morning and before going to bed, it helps a lot in reducing weight by shedding away extra fat.

·         Fruitful diet is good to reduce weight and in keeping healthy body. Fruits like Apple and Avocado are consider being best in maintaining reduced weight.

·          Spices and Seeds like cinnamon, cloves, and garlic are believed to be very effective in controlling appetite and helps in reducing weight.

·         Avoid junk foods which are only good for taste and do not have any nutrition value. Completely avoid fried and deep fried food products.
