test results, radiology images, immunization
status, vital signs and billing information. The system is very efficiently
designed to be able to give accurate and all necessary medical information or

or diagnosis of the patient. It is efficient as the entire medical history can
be showed by it instantly without the need to get burdened with loads of
previous medical reports of the patient. It helps to organize everything in a
sophisticated and organized manner efficiently. Ever single bit of necessary
medical information is stored or saved carefully in a single modifiable file
only. Modifiable suggests it can be corrected or rather updated as and when any
