With abnormal growth of weight, come
uninvited abnormal health conditions that prevent us from living our life to
its fullest. Over stuffing our body from inside with food only gets our days in
this world numbered as it can pave the way for killer diseases like Fatty liver
issues, heart blockages, cholesterol, diabetes and several others to mention
now. We should take initiatives to
reduce our weight through weight lossdiet, if it has become a bundle rather than body. A point should be made to
feed on nutritious but weight loss aiding food stuffs. A weight loss diet which
is prescribed is good than chalking out a one without consulting any dietician
or a nutritionist.
However, some food items are there that
can be eaten without any kind of risk whatsoever. In Vegetables one may laugh
but, Lady’s Finger is very effective in reducing weight. Take ea bowl of soup
made out of it. Beans and carrots are very rich in essential nutrients but are
known for low calorie content. Spinach, Cabbages, Red Peppers, and Broccoli etc
can be tried beside cucumber which has very high water content but no fat at
all. It also keeps body cool and hydrated
From Fruits Coconut is very good as it
hardly contains any fat. Lemon or lime juice is the most effective one to say
good bye to your fats in a few days only. Tomatoes, Grapefruit also help. Eat
fruit raw, not their juice. High fat containing fishes and red meat has to be
avoided but small fishes and chicken can be tried for protein needs.
